Josette is a Marketing Strategist with over 15 years’ experience in the financial section, spanning the areas of Data Analytics, Strategic Planning and Product Management. In her current role as Head – Product Management and Customer Insights of the JN Group, she is responsible for spearheading data analyses on products, customer profile/personas and the product market. She is also required to identify business opportunities, validate product concepts, and make presentations on product proposals to business owners, board, and other stakeholders.
Josette holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography and Geology from the University of the West Indies, Mona and a Master of Science in Marketing and Data Analytics from the Mona School of Business & Management – University of the West Indies, where she gained the accolade of the Most Outstanding Academic Performance (2019) for the programme.
She is an innovative and driven individual with a passion for high performance. As a seasoned athlete, she represents the company in Netball. Josette is passionate about family and people living well rounded lives and is driven to create solutions to support people achieving their goals. She is married and has three children.
