Devrhoid Davis is a financial risk analyst at The Jamaica National Group and a certified financial modelling and valuation analyst. As co-founder of Caribbean Value Investor, a platform dedicated to educating the public on company research and investment strategies, Mr Davis leverages his expertise to empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.

With professional certifications, including the Capital Markets and Securities Analyst designation and Financial Planning and Wealth Management, Mr Davis brings a well-rounded skill set to the field of financial education. He also completed the Jamaica Stock Exchange Online Securities Course, further strengthening his practical understanding of financial markets.

In addition, he completed a Bachelor of Science in medical physics and electronics at The University of the West Indies, Mona.

Mr Davis’ career spans critical areas such as financial analysis, equity research, capital markets, portfolio management, and risk management. This hands-on experience is complemented by his personal investment journey, which includes exposure to a wide range of asset classes, individual stocks, mutual funds, foreign exchange, commodities, and alternative assets.

An accomplished author, Mr Davis wrote “Stock Market Investing 101”, a beginner-friendly guide to navigating the world of stock investing.
