Deon Graveney joined JN Life Insurance in October 2023 as a Salesman/Team Lead where she supervises, guides, trains and assists a team of12 Financial Advisors to write new business and manage their growing portfolios.

Miss Graveney also has responsibility to manage attrition and recruitment at JN Life and has built an impressive career in the Insurance Industry. She is a respected figure in the field, earning an Associate Degree in Life and Health Insurance claims. She is also on the cusp of achieving her Financial Services Certified Professional designation, a prestigious professional certification from the Jamaica Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Her career is marked by outstanding achievements such as qualifying eight consecutive times for the Million Dollar Round Table, an elite global recognition standard for top-performing Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors. She is just two qualifications away from securing her lifetime membership in this esteemed association.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Miss Graveney has a deep-rooted passion for education, where she briefly ventured into teaching adults, furthering her belief in the power of financial education. She advocates for early education in budgeting, saving, and investing, along with basic life skills, as essential tools for achieving financial security and leading organised lives.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree major in International Relations, with a minor in Public Administration from The University of the West Indies.
